Duxford Sector Control Room

The control room at Duxford is essentially a smaller version of the 11 Group bunker. Due to its location, it is housed in a wooden hut on the surface. From here, the squadrons controlled from Duxford were directed into battle. Unlike the 11 Group bunker, the WAAFs working on the plotting table were in direct contact with the pilots.
